How do I make payment for my reservation ?

There are many methods as follows:

2. Booking through airport counters can be done with cash or credit card payment.
3. Booking through Call center Payment method is limited to credit card only.
Do I need a printed ticket after I made a reservation ?
Answer:
No, the printed ticket is not necessary . But the booking number is needed for making certain that your booking is completed and secured. You can come to check in with only booking number and your ID.
- Can I change my reservation ?
Answer:
Change can be made through Call Center Number (8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.), and Airport Ticket Counter subject to the following conditions:1. Flight Change
- The flight change may be made at least 24 hour before the departure. Passenger making such change will be subject to change fee of THB 535 (VAT included). The payment according to this channel dues immediately at call, and must be made by credit card only.
- Through Airport Ticket Counter.

Passengers have to check-in with Booking Number and Passport (for foreign passenger) or Thai National ID Card (for Thai Resident)
How many baggages can I check-in? Is there a weight limit ?
Answer:
The maximum of checked baggage allowance is 20 kg. Weight more than 20 kg. will be charged at THB200/5kg. Maximum 50 kg.
How does Nok Mini classify passenger (adult/infant) ?
Answer:
Nok Mini will not charge for passenger age below 2 years old or “infant”. Traveling with Infant is allowed with one infant for one adult. More than 2 year old is classified as “child” which is charged the same rate as adult.
